Your Success Blueprint: 7 Simple Steps to Double your Sales with your Time!

I am grateful to have been a business for myself over the last 15 years. I guess you could say I grew up in the business. Being an entrepreneur is a wild and eye opening discovery of really Becoming You! You see, my first business failed. The second time around, I worked harder on me. It was a fulltime job- growing that is! The Butterfly Effect I call it. Going from a girl to a woman! My number one challenge- “How do I get it all done?” and “I need more time!”
I get it. Our lives are complicated, busy and going 90 miles an hour. Add in some kids, a spouse, a job, activities….and then no game plan to follow in your business…
That is a recipe for 100% frustration and disappointment. Picture a carton with someone pulling their hair out. You get the picture. It’s ugly.
So, here are my 7 (not so secret) steps I use everyday that helped me create a sustained multi-million dollar business today.

Time Management for the Woman Entrepreneur ~ Tips and Tactics

Today is the beginning of Experts Week over at Allied Women, and this week they are talking about Tips and Tactics for Time Management. I don't think there is a work at home woman alive who can't use a fresh look at her time management plan. When trying to juggle being a mom, and an entrepreneur, it's important to take a look at how we spend out time. Spending too much time on one task and not enough time on another is a mistake that can cost us in the end.
Allied Women took this seriously and is spending all this week bringing you a variety of tips and tactics that I'm sure you will find useful. We all work differently, so be sure and stop back each day to see what the next Expert has to share about managing your time. Here is a sneak peak at the first one from Stephanie Fish Virtual Assistant and owner of the Buckeye V.A.

Time Management for the Woman Entrepreneur

By Stephanie Fish

Time Management is an essential part of life if you want to be organized, less stressed and have more opportunities to enjoy your every day life. Managing your time is being purposeful in each choice you make by prioritizing your day. It’s so easy to get side-tracked by all the ‘other’ things and when that happens it causes us to waste time and often, leaves us feeling overwhelmed and stressed due to everything not getting done.
As a work from home solopreneur, mom and wife, I know how very difficult it can be to make a time management plan that will work for all areas of a persons life. There are a few tools that I use that have helped me tremendously and I’d like to share those with you....
