3 Things that completely turn OFF women buyers

1. Arrogance. We don't like sales people who make us feel they are looking down on us. Bravado, or appearing aloof or overconfident will keep us from buying... on principle. Women are very sensitive to the type of person they buy from. They want to purchase from someone they feel deserves the sale.

2. Pushing the Sale before she's Thought about it. Traditionally, the words "I'll think about it" have meant the kiss of death to sales people. But when a female buyer says it, she really means she wants to think about it for awhile. Not allowing her this necessary processing time will most likely lose your sale.

3. Not Listening to her long enough to know what she really wants. So now the cat is out of the bag. Women want to be listened to. Are you surprised? The problem here is most people don't know how to actively listen to a woman, or further more, how to get her to give you her real answer. Women don't tell you what they really think until they truly trust you. That takes time, technique, and trust.
