To honestly make money online you have to have the legitimate movement of a product or service. Opening up a business online is very much like opening a store in your local town. Just having the store, or just having a great product to sell, does not make you money. Think of all the stores and restaurants that go out of business every year. They may have been based on a great idea, but they didn't have the key elements needed to actually make a profit. Ultimately, those elements are paying customers.

Business online it is the same. We know that a certain percentage of all people who pass by or visit your "store" will buy something. But it isn't just visitors or traffic, it's targeted traffic.

For Example, If you are selling baby clothes it does no good to have 10,000 women without children who see your store... it won't sell very much. 2. A Clear Message. Once you have successfully profiled your ideal customer you must have a clear message they will identify with. Think about our earlier example of selling baby clothes. Imagine what you would say if you were selling your baby clothes to first time moms. Compare that to what you would have to say to include all women in your demographics. The message becomes confused when you add in too many groups. Ultimately you lose your real audience. Be clear and specific in your message.

3. Drive traffic. Now that you have a niche, and a clear message, you will need to drive those customers (traffic) to your offer. They won't just magically appear. There are many ways of driving traffic, getting a very good understanding of how to drive a lot of traffic is important, so having a complete knowledge of the methods that work is important.

Earning money online must come from the legitimate movement of products or services. So you must have a product or service to offer in order for you to make money in an honest fashion. You can do that in many ways. Here are the 5 I've chosen to highlight because they are most common and completely doable from home around your family with the right skills.

#1. Network Marketing, Multi-Level Marketing, Consumer Direct Marketing.
These forms of marketing vary in their commission or payment plan to you depending on the company and the product. What they provide is a legitimate product or service you can sell. Here are the pro's and Cons'...

Pro - Most of these are easy to get into, many have relatively decent products, and can be online marketing friendly.The system is in place for you and you can start typically with little investment in the products and begin to sell them as a representative.
Con - Depending on the structure they have in place, it can take a while to create a good down line and residual income. You can do it, but most companies don't offer complete Online Marketing Training and may focus heavily on your warm market (friends and family) for you to earn your income on.

If this is the option you want to choose, don't be surprised if it takes you hundreds of people in your down line before you make a livable wage. It will take a lot of people buying through your site to make any money. You will have to have a good grasp of how to drive traffic to your website. You will also need to know which affiliates pay out a commission that is worth your time and effort.
Affiliate marketing has made numerous six and 7 figure income earners and many moms are choosing to have affiliate links on their blogs because it's easy and makes sense. But don't expect to make a huge income in less you know how to choose the right affiliates and have a solid marketing plan to drive the traffic to your blog. Yet with these skills in place this can become a very profitable business.

#3. Paid Product Reviews/ Blog Sponsors

Paid Product reviews and Blog Sponsorships are another way for moms to make money online by being paid to review a product, or having their blog sponsored by a large advertiser.

Pro - Reviews can be done easily. You can make a decent amount of money per paid review, or sponsor. If you are blogging in a niche market - which you should be if you want to make money- then you can start out reviewing as an affiliate, and then work into being a paid reviewer.

Con - To get the paid review deals or paid sponsors you will need to prove that you have a large amount of traffic for you blog niche.

To make this method work your blog must really offer some good information on something your niche market is looking for and draws a lot of traffic. Learning the necessary skills to do this is extremely important if you are going to choose this option. Driving a lot of targeted traffic is going to be your bread and butter.

#4. Information Product Development
This is a method which is gaining in popularity. Information products are the solutions to a problem your market is facing. For example. Let's say you blog about cake decorating. Perhaps your readers have a problem with a particular technique in decorating, or they want to master a design style. If you have that knowledge you can create a video, e-book, audio series, etc, that teaches them how to solve that problem and sell it.

Pros- Many people make an extremely good income doing this. You control the product and earn the highest percentage of income from it.

Con- It can be a lot of work! There is a ton of knowledge you will need to know how to do. Since you are the one in control you are the one responsible for it all. The development, the marketing, the distribution.

This is not the best solution for the beginner, but is a great way for Moms to Make Money Online once they get established and have learned how to draw a targeted audience that will want their product.

#5. Online Store / Etsy Store
Your own online store that you sell products in. To be an Etsy store owner you must be selling hand made products made by you.
Pro- If you have a talent for hand made items, and online store or Etsy store will enable you to put up a professional appearance and help you sell to a larger audience.
Con- You are creator, owner, developer, and marketer. You will front all the upfront costs of creating the products, advertising, and driving traffic. Once again, you will need to know how to get the customers to the store in order for you to make an income.

Just like a bricks and mortar store must have customers coming in the door to make sales, you need to have customers coming to your blog or website to earn money. Once you have mastered how to drive traffic to your site you will be able to make money online for your family and spend less time doing it. If you are a mom looking to make money online I’m sure you have asked yourself this question a time or two. You’ve probably even looked online for the answer, only to be overwhelmed by information.

I know, I’ve been there.

About 2 years ago I started looking for a way to make an income online. My family had grown, and I had grown out of love with running a daycare in my home. I just didn’t want to feel strapped down by other people’s schedules and children. I wanted my house back, my freedom back, and the necessary funds in my account.

But the question remained; "Can moms make money online without sacrificing their family?" It became my passion to find a way for moms everywhere to make it happen without compromising their time with their family. So I’m happy to share with you the bit of wisdom that I’ve found to help some of you moms out there looking to make an income online.

Now I’m not going to paint an unrealistic picture. Earning an income online is still a business and is going to require some time and work on your part. If it didn’t I wouldn’t trust it any way.

If we honestly want to make money we are going to have to honestly put in the effort.

But by learning what is important, and how not to get distracted by all the noise out there, you can work around your family’s schedule and earn an income.

Can Moms Make Money Online? YES!

In a word, YES! It is not only possible, it is happening all over the Internet and all over the world. Women have embraced the online world and are doing a fantastic job of creating businesses and communities that they are earning income from.

*Did you know that women control about 80% of the buying power?
*Or that we start more online businesses then men?
*And that we are overwhelmingly driving the online business industry?

This is a Woman’s time in business. Never before has it been more affordable to start and maintain a business online. But what do you REALLY need to do, and how much income will you be able to count on?

How much income is primarily going to be up to you. What do you need? $200 a month? $1000 a month? or $5,000 a month? All these numbers are completely legitimate and possible to do with a family, but will require different amounts of commitment, investment, and knowledge.

There are many different methods to actually make money online and I intend to share a few of them with you in the upcoming blog posts in this series. I will highlight some of the most popular methods and give you my opinion on their pros and cons, the key elements necessary to making it happen, and how to pull it all together without pulling out your hair. Do You Have this One Crucial Business Asset?

Yesterday an interesting discussion began on one of my Facebook Group pages. The question was asked...

"What do you think is the Most important asset a woman in business can have to succeed in business online?"

..and a very enlightening discussion began. The women who answered had a definite opinion on what was the key to success, and what women want when looking to partner with someone in business. I think as a group they hit the nail on the head. You can check it out Here

If we were to just assume that we must become what we see so much of online I think we would all feel a bit intimidated. Flashy websites, professionally produced videos, and the dynamic personalities that we run into can be overwhelming. If we, as humans, make assumptions about a person based on their appearance, it goes to reason that we also make assumptions about the validity and success of someone based on what we see they portrait online. But is that reliable?

Fortunately, we have another built in factor that we instinctively value infinitely more than our initial impression. It's our TRUST meter. Can I trust this person? Does what they say ring true? Do they seem to have an air of integrity about them? And is that backed up by what I can research about them? Anyone can purchase a website, or hire a videographer to make them look impressive. What they can't hire out is their Integrity.

Integrity, honesty, Character, these are all the qualities that make good business online. A Famous video marketer once told me "Never ever lie! People can smell it, your integrity will be shot, and you will be done." Those are true words to live by.

In this online business world I am so glad that integrity stands out above all aren't you? It is what I looked for when I began working online, and it is what I found. I am so in love with the group of people that I GET to work with everyday. They have proven to me that having integrity, being a real human being and serving others online is where true success is at. The Company

Shaklee was founded in 1956 by Dr. Forrest C. Shaklee. He was a pioneer in the industry of nutritional supplements and also was at the beginning of the creation of the current day MLM. Shaklee is headquartered in Pleasonton, California and the company is currently run by Chairman and CEO Roger Barnett.

Product Philosophy

Shaklee's product philosophy is every product is to designed to work for its intended purpose, improve health and be gentle on the planet.

Products

There are a basically four categories of products; Nutrition, Beauty, Home and Weight. The nutrition products encompass a wide range from anti oxidants to vitamin supplements. The beauty category is mainly skin and hair care products, where the products for the home are everything from laundry soap and dish soap to water filtration systems. Their brand name diet products, Cinch, consist of shakes, bars and teas.

Opportunity

There are several levels at which you can join Shaklee. The price point ranges from becoming a distributor for $39.95 to $750 for a GOLD Ambassador with a Super GOLD Mission PAK. Their suggestion is to become a GOLD Ambassador for $299. The Gold Ambassador pack provides everything you need to start your business including products and marketing materials. Once a Gold Ambassador you must find three more GOLD Ambassadors and in the process find 10 Consumer Members and repeat this process to reach the top.

Frankly, I found Shaklee to be a well founded and reputable company that seems to strive for a cleaner, greener way of life. As stated by Shaklee "The real opportunity isn't in making a better living. It's in making living better". With that said, I chose not to participate. Although Shaklee seems to be a solid company with a good history and their line of nutrition, home, beauty and brand name diet products are of good quality. I feel, in my opinion, it would take recruiting and mentoring too many before significant income can be achieved.

A perfect tagline is memorable. The most important component of creating a perfect slogan is in its ability to be memorable and recalled without help. Any of us who are trying to earn a living online need to understand marketing. This is true whether You are trying to promote your product, blog, or business opportunity. One of the foundations of being effective online is to know who your target audience is. Do you know yours? Who are you talking to?

A common mistake online business owners make is to incorrectly identify and narrow the niche of people they are trying to reach. In general, people automatically want to widen their spectrum.

For example, Let's say you have a great skin care product that you have developed. There is a steady move among marketers and agencies to increase their efforts to reach women. The market power associated with advertising to women is undisputed. Women dominate the buying power and marketers know it, but have continuously struggled to find the right approach to reach women in a way that adds value, and sends a message women will respond to. What is it that a woman wants to hear?
The problem isn't just with what women want to hear, but how women will interpret what they hear. Many men have experienced this confusion when trying to give a woman a compliment that inadvertently offends her. Why do women interpret an intended compliment as an insult? Unfortunately there isn’t much information out there about how to market specifically to women. Research shows that even the professional marketers and big named companies get it wrong more often than they get it right. Fortunately for you, as a small or personal business owner, you have a huge advantage in this over the big guys. Most women make a decision on buying a product based on trust, and relationship in the person they are buying from in addition to the facts about the product. You as a small business owner have the ability to reach her on a personal level that will speak her language.

3 tips to direct your marketing to women more effectively.
1.    Pay attention to how you say things. What you say and how a woman interprets what you say can be very different. Think of the different ways you might interpret a compliment someone gave you. Depending on your relationship, the situation, and the tone, you may interpret it very differently than it was intended.
2.    Have a conversation. Don’t just give a bunch of facts. We have a lot of questions on our checklist that must be answered before we are willing to buy. Give real and honest answers, because women can spot a fake, and business with women is all about trust.
3.    Most importantly show yourself. Be personable, you don’t have to be her best friend, but you do need to be friendly. Think of it like having a conversation over coffee with an acquaintance. Women will follow other women, what they don’t follow are systems. You will have to earn the right to have her trust, and she will be more ready to trust you if you are personable with her and not all business.

I have the amazing privilege of helping women make their own businesses more successful. I love this because I get to do what I am passionate about. My passion is to help moms be successful in their own businesses and be Set Free to be home with their kids. That is my passion.

My Story

I have been a stay at home mom for the last eight years. For the first few years we made it without me going to work. But soon it was just too much for us to handle, so I decided to open a daycare in my home. When the recession hit and jobs were being lost, the daycares in my area suffered and I began to look for a better solution. Even if I had wanted to get a job outside the home I felt I was not marketable anymore. I had been out of the workforce for so long that I didn’t have any relevant experience. I was looking at having to go back to school to get some kind of job I wouldn’t really want anyway.

I had just started a personal blog about my relationship with Christ, when I began to wonder how people made money online. As I began searching I ran across an add on CWAHM for an online marketing and mentoring program that taught people how to market anything online. They also gave me the opportunity to use that knowledge to earn an income marketing their school. I researched it, talked to some people and fell in love with the whole idea of it. With the marketing and mentoring training school, I could learn a skill to use for any business I decided to do. I also could help other moms learn how to do the same thing and be successful in whatever business they did. Helping moms make their business more profitable fit perfectly into what my passion was.

My Business

There were three things that sold me on this program. The first thing was that the information was upfront. Nothing was hidden. They told me everything I wanted to know about the school and about how to earn an income marketing their program. The second thing that sold me was that I was going to be learning a real skill that I could take with me wherever I went and use in any business I wanted to start in the future. The third thing that really sold me on this business was that the CEO, and many other people in this business, are true believers in Christ. The CEO, Gerald Van Yerxa, is very forthcoming with his faith and even has a link on the site that presents the gospel and shows you how to be saved. He is the mentor and teacher and candidly teaches everyone to be servants of one another. And that is just what happens. With more than 500+ hours of on demand training and three additional live trainings a week, I am getting the right training to be successful online without ever having to leave my home.

My Balance

Being a work at home mom with three kids and a part-time daycare isn’t exactly easy. I have to schedule my time very wisely. During the day I have errands to run and kids who need me. I tend to keep a notepad close by so I can jot down any inspirations, or to-do items for my business that I think of while I go through my day. Then at night when the kids are asleep I go to work on my business writing articles, writing for my blog, making videos, keeping up with social media, or taking training. The purpose in being a work at home mom isn’t to steal all my family and kid time to put towards my business, but to make it possible to have both. So I choose not to have my work impede too much into my day, though we have to compromise on this at times. My husband is wonderful; he helps with the kids, dishes or laundry so I can have time to do my business. He is the most honorable man I know and none of this could be possible for me without him.

My Hope

My passion is to see stay at home moms succeed in being work at home moms. In my opinion moms who are serious about working from home should start out by doing three things. Pray for discernment and wisdom, actively search, and make a decision to succeed. With those three tools, coupled by ever growing opportunities on line, women should feel confident that they can do this. They can succeed, they can have the best of both worlds, and they can definitely be set free.

Getting Serious And Taking The Challenge

Yesterday I posted on my Facebook page the Ezine Articles “100 articles in 100 days” challenge. I have decided to do it. Since the actual Ezine challenge has been running for more than a month, and cutting my deadline by more than 30 days is not something I’m willing to do my first time trying this, I will enter the challenge, but extend my personal date by one month so I will still have a full 100 days to complete 100 articles. If I get really efficient at it, maybe I will make the Ezine cut off anyway? You never know what will happen when you put your mind to it.

Many of you know how hard it is to write with little kids running around, but I have decided to take the challenge anyway. My goal isn't to receive the mug or other prizes offered by Ezine, my goal is to hone my writing skills and become more efficient.

I suppose my story is similar to most Work At Home Moms out there. We balance caring for and nurturing the children, taking them to their events, giving time to our husbands, running the household (making dinner, lunch, doing laundry, cleaning bathrooms ect), and if that wasn't already a full time job, we add running a business from home. And in the end we hope we have found some personal time for ourselves too. Though if any of you moms are like me, you give that up first. Some days I feel happy to have made it through the day let alone be efficient with it. And yet being a work at home mom is still the best job in the world. To make all these things run smoothly we must be efficient. Scheduling our time, categorizing our spent time into "time priorities" (see Carving Out Time in My Day Week 2) and setting realistic and attainable goals all help me to be more efficient, and focused in my day.

Now I want to work on being more efficient in my writing. This will take practice for me. It has been a long time since I have written very much. Close to 14 years since I graduated college. So giving my self this challenge will be good for me, even if I don't make all 100 articles, I am still working toward a goal I have set and will be better for it in the end. If I can think of it in small bites it will help me not to get overwhelmed. Instead of thinking of the looming 100 articles in 100 days, I will think of the 7 articles I need to write in the next 7 days. If that overwhelms me I will think of the 1 article I have to write today. My hope is that this little trick will help me to stay laser focused without being overwhelmed.

Carving Time In My Day...Part B

Ok, It has been a couple of weeks since I posted anything on my attempt to carve out time in my day. There is a very good reason for that. I didn't do very well with it the last couple of weeks! I was right on track keeping up with my scheduling and planning and then BAM! Something very unexpected happened that took my time and focus off of this goal and I left it behind me in a cloud of dust! Yep, I abandoned my perfect plan and went rogue! Guess how well I did with out scheduling? Bingo! I didn't do very well at all. So here I am again, on Monday February 1st attempting to do this again. Here is a recap of what I am attempting to do:

My goal is to be able to spend time on my quickly growing business, without sacrificing time with my family, and ultimately be more productive with the time I spend doing work.

Our goals as work at home moms isn't to use up all our quality time with our kids working on our businesses. But instead, to be able to do both without sacrificing too much from either. I believe the more targeted I can become during my work time, the less time I will need to spend doing it. Hopefully I can keep focused this time long enough to have some of this become habit.

I've been a stay at home/work at home mom for 8 years now. If I was re-entering the job market today I'm not sure what I would be eligible for. I have a bachelors degree, but does anyone care? I have run my own home daycare, but again does anyone care? If I were to go and look for a job today, would the wage I could earn be enough to even pay daycare expenses? What is a girl to do? I could go back to school and add a Masters Degree to that Bachelors degree... But still would anyone care? In this tough economy, re-entering the job market is hard to navigate. Employers are looking for highly qualified, experienced employees. Those who have been out of the workforce for very long are going to have a tough time getting noticed. The resume stay at home mom is able to create lacks enough recent relevant experience to be noticed.

Are You Relevant?

Those who have only been out of the work force for 2-3 year have a better chance at getting a job than those who have been out for closer to 10 years. The economy isn't your grandmothers economy. Back in the day, a one income houshold was enough to support the family. Though womens equal rights gave us many great things , the one thing it took away form us was a true ability to choose. The market became dependent on a two income family decades ago, those who try to stay at home are swimming against a very powerful current.

What Is The Answer?
So what is the answer? Many moms are looking to make an income from home on line. But even that can be tough. The key to making an income online is the ability to use the internet in a smart and successful way. Most people who try to make money online fail. Why? Because they lack the know-how to make it work for them. Do you know how to successfully navigate the in's and out's of the internet? It's not like an add in your local newspaper. It isn't as simple as putting up a website and raking in the money. Do you understand keyword marketing and how that effects your overall success? Do you know how to utilize social media for your benefit, without being a spammer? Do you know how to effectively use pay per click without breaking the bank? These, and countless other methods, are what someone who is serious about building a business online needs to know. This is the way business is done these days. The little guy is in the mix with the big guy. Big corporations spend millions of dollars every year trying to master the internet, especially social media. Carving Out Time In My Day Week #2

This is week #2 in my attempt to carve out some time in my day. Last week was all about writing down what I do and when I do it. This week is about analyzing, organizing, and setting goals. I have categorized the time I spent in certain activities and identified time waste. I have set goals and reorganized to optimize the time I have to spend.

Ok, so here it is.

Task #1 Categorize Into My Three Time Priorities.
#1 Time with God
#2 Time with Family
#3 Time for my Business

When I did this I discovered that by categorizing what I was doing, I could identify more easily the things that I was spending too much time in... I won't tell you how long I was on Facebook one night. It is really important to me to spend time each day studying the bible and praying, but it tends to be one of the first things to go when I'm busy. When I categorized my activities I saw that I wasn't spending my time as well as I could be. So in week two I will...

Task #2 Identify and Edit wasted time,
I have identified my time waste and edited what doesn't contribute to my weekly goals. Goodbye Facebook *sniff*--ok, lets not get crazy or anything! For example, I found that I wasn't focused enough on my priorities when I was working and time was wasted just trying to figure out what I needed to do rather than just getting it done. Can anyone relate?

Task #3 Set Specific Goals
By setting specific achievable goals this week I hope to change the way I spend my work time. When I have goals that I want to accomplish it's like having a target. I know what I'm doing and I don't have to worry that I'm neglecting something. Also, by becoming more effective during the short amount of time I have to work I will get more done and then be able to spend less time at it, leaving more time for my other priorities.

Task #4 Set Specific Time For Doing Each Of My Goals This Week
Now I can put it all together. I will write down exactly what I am going to work on and when I will work on it. For example: one of my goals is to write 4 new articles for Ezine Articles this week. Since I know this is my target, I can prioritize it by writing it in my work schedule at exactly the time-slot I want to work on it. For example: "1pm-write article for ezine" Now when I go to work at that time I know exactly what I need to do and I won't get distracted by e-mail, twitter, or Facebook.

I have categorized my priorities, eliminated wasted time, set goals to achieve this week, and set a specific time to work on achieving them through the week. This is already shaping up to be a busy week with my business. It is growing fast and I need my time to be efficient now more than ever.

After waking up late, you look in the mirror and decide that yesterday’s leftover eyeliner and mascara looks “just fine” for today.
You convince yourself that “third day” hair looks freshly washed if it’s in a ponytail.
You decide: “Cheerios for dinner really isn’t that bad… hey, it’s good enough for breakfast!”
While showering you forget weather or not you have already shampooed your hair.
After getting out of the shower you realize you have only shaved one leg.
The “homemade cookies” you promised to bake for your son’s school has a distinctive “Keebler” taste.
While running out the door to take your child to school you forget the baby in the house.
You throw your shirt in the dryer to “iron” out the wrinkles.
You go to the bathroom just to have a little alone time.
Your to-do list is so long it’s indexed.
After ordering drive thru for dinner, you pay for your meal, and then drive off without actually picking it up. 20 minutes later you realize you forgot.
Realizing your favorite pants didn’t go through the wash, you choose to just spray them with Fabreez and go.

If you have seen yourself in any of these, you need to get a handle on your time! Some of these came from my girlfriend, one very funny one came from her niece, and I’ll admit most of them came from things I’ve actually done. Moms are busy people. Today I read an article in CNN Money that job satisfaction has hit a 22 year low. Only 45 % of Americans are satisfied and 25% don't think they will still be in the same job a year from now. Even though we have made strides in equality and compensation, fulfillment still remains in a steep decline. Why is this? I believe that people are realizing that there is more to life than going to a job where someone else is making a profit, while leaving kids in daycare, feeling guilty about taking time off for vacation, your child's school event, or even if you are sick. We have run into a wall in our society. The recession has hit us all hard. Prices are up, satisfaction is down, and the boiling point is hitting. People want something different. It's time to redefine the 9-5 job. So what can we do? Is there a solution for the average family?

Fortunately there is a fantastic solution. The Internet has made this not only possible, but very profitable. Today we are a global market place not just for the Fortune 500, but for the average home based business owner. Carving Out Time In My Day Week 1

Many of us want to change our life this year. I happen to be one of them. Some of you may want to start a business, get in shape, learn something new and challenging, change some habits, or simply have more time. I want to carve out more time to dedicate to my rapidly growing home business. As a Work At Home Mom, I am a busy person. Trying to work around toddlers, preschoolers, and school aged kids all day leaves little time for a clear thought let alone quality time to dedicate to a business. But I am determined to organize my business and my life well. I don’t want to squander my success, but I refuse to let my kids become neglected in the midst of it. My family and my faith are priority number one. Financing my children’s private Christian education, and the goal of setting my family free from the bonds of a 9-5 job are some of my compelling reasons to kill ineffective time in my life.

Life is so hectic for most of us moms that we forget that just wanting a change isn’t good enough. We need to have a plan. It’s a New Year and time to start over again. Right now, here at the beginning, we can choose what we want to accomplish and then choose to do what it takes to make it a reality in our life. The other option is to choose to do nothing. I choose new goals, new dreams, and new accomplishments for 2010. You have the choice. It’s that simple.

So how can we make it happen? One thing that we all have in common is the need for more time in our day. But how do we squeeze out more time in the same 24 hours? I am going to start by using a schedule. For the first week, I will write down everything I do and how much time it takes me to do it. On week two, I will have a pretty good idea of how much time I really spend wisely and how much time I waste. I will edit the waste, keeping in only the things that are productive and help me accomplish my goals and dreams this year. I will then use that to create for myself a real time schedule of activities. At the beginning of each week I will set my weekly goals, then schedule in the time each day to work on the completion of those goals. Hopefully some of it will become automatic after the first month. I will post a new blog each week about my progress to show you what really worked and what really didn’t.

For my purpose I am categorizing many of my activities into three categories: Spiritual, Family, and Business. I am doing this to see how much time I spend on each of these core categories in my daily life. This will enable me to adjust in areas where I am spending too much or too little time.

Together we can accomplish whatever we choose is important enough. Join me in making 2010 the year of success, organization, and realized goals and dreams.
